Your students will gain muscular strength, endurance, and coordination through water resistance training and choreographed mixed martial arts-inspired movements.
 
The online training consists of theoretical components, training video modules, a written test, and a practical evaluation. You will have a period of six (6) weeks from the purchase of the online course to complete the written test and submit your video for evaluation.
