Learn a complete movement system that blends aqua cardio kickboxing, core-rotational movements, and metabolic conditioning into one amazing workout. You’ll master ABS™ foundational exercises and learn how to create your own combinations using the ABS™ signature formula.

You'll learn the physiology behind Aqua Combat, including the benefits of aquatic resistance training, vertical core engagement in water, and high-intensity intervals. With an emphasis on safety, scalability, and effectiveness, the training prepares you to teach with purpose and precision.

This training gives you the credentials and confidence to lead high-energy, results-driven classes that combine aquatic resistance with martial arts-inspired movement. Upon completion, you'll earn 6 CEUs from both AFAA and AEA. Certification is valid for two years.

Aqua Body Strong® understands the importance of safety and professional instruction. Aqua Body Strong®  trainees are required to:

• Posses a level of fitness that enables them to teach a one-hour high-energy fitness class.
• Be able to swim 25 yards and tread water for 1 minute
